There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Sinclair, whose name is Mathieu Blanc-Francard was born July 19, 1970 in Tours (France). His father, Dominic Blanc-Francard, is one of French greatest sound engineers and his brother, Hubert a producer and DJ (under the name of Boom Bass). As for his uncle, Patrice Blanc-Francard, he was one of the first radio hosts to have popularized the "world music".
