 Ahimsa to polska grupa sceny niezależnej powstała w 1989 r. w Warszawie, nazwa pochodzi od odmiany filozofii hinduistycznej. Założycielami zespołu byli Tomek Grewiński (instrumenty perkusyjne) i Tomek Sierajewski (gitara), wkrótce do zespołu dołączył brat Grewińskiego, Mirosław Grewiński (gitara basowa).
