Back in the 70's Bing Crosby had a Christmas special and one year the musical guest was David Bowie. The two were supposed to preform the little drummer boy, but David didn't like the arrangement and had the writers go back and redo the whole thing. The result was a composite of Drummer boy and peace on Earth. The two preformed it on the fly and it has gone down as one of the most acclaimed duets on television and in music.
