Romantic Tomcats
Slapped doublebass, twanging guitar riffs and a singer. This is how they’ve started rockabilly in the early 1950s.
In this minimal-cast long-time friends Thomas Henderikx and Roman Pauli founded the rockabilly-duet “Romantic Tomcats” in 2008, introducing themselves after four short month in rehearsal room and studio with their self-released demo ep in pubs and bars around Aachen to the public. Several gigs around their hometown Heinsberg followed, inter alia as support act for Boppin B’.
