Loopy was born Matt Nguyen in Caracas, capital of Venezuela, where he developed his musical tastes, but when he moved to Maracay, he had a great change in his life and learned to appreciate music. However his country and its little knowledge on the scene of the dance music in its region did not facilitate the things to him. The Internet was the tool that satisfied his desire of knowledge, and brought upon his first steps as a DJ.
