In November 2005 four guys from Münster/Germany decided to form a band which includes all of their experience that they made in former bands and on concerts they played from Berlin to Barcelona.DAMNiAM was born. Right from the start they knew they had to play the kind of music that connected them for the last years: Skatepunk. ZzzzzZZZZzzzzz... But hold on a second! That's where it's gettin' interesting. Taking the experiences of their former bands they tied it up with Hardcore-, Metal-, Rock'n'Roll- and Emo-Influences. With vocals reaching from melodic, almost pop-like refrains to screaming-parts showing hardcore tough guys who's got the pants in the family. The second EP "...so i called her thundercat" was recorded DIY at the rehearsal room in september 2006. Agressive songs like "Fast And Furious" with lyrics criticizing our society stay in contrast to songs like "Still The Same" dealing with the relation to a long-time friend or even the ballad "Whatever You See" showing also Germans have emotions.Knowing actions speak louder than words they offer a furious, uncompromising live-show.
