Having worked for Jean Chalopin at DIC Audiovisuel (aka DiC Productions, DIC Enterprises, and DiC Entertainment) on Ulysses 31 in 1981, Haim Saban and Shuki Levy started Saban Productions in 1983, which was renamed Saban Entertainment in 1988, and is currently owned by The Walt Disney Company as Buena Vista. Shuki Levy (Hebrew: שוקי לוי; born June 3, 1947 in Tel Aviv, Israel) is a music composer and television writer, director, and executive producer.
