Kalavnik is an electronica/acid artist from Japan. He has released a free album on the SWISHCOtheque Records called Katie Bar the Door. He has released on Chaos Records. He also participated in a remix project on with Hudson Mohawke, Plaid, Ceephax, A Guy Called Gerald, and others. Kalavnik appears to be heavily influenced by Aphex Twin. His songs' structure and sound selection are very close to the complex work of Richard D. James.
