Skiggy Rapz (Marcel Tegelaar) is a Dutch MC en Producer who uses raps in English. Skiggy is Born in Maassluis (Province of Zuid-Holland), raised in Nieuwkoop (Zuid-Holland) and currently lives in the city of Utrecht.

In 2003 Skiggy won the "Grote Prijs van Nederland" in the catagory Hip Hop/ R&B. In 2004 his album Boatdrinks was released. The album contains 11 tracks. 5 More tracks are to be found on the Japanese bonusdisc.In 2006 Skiggy Rapz produces most of the tracks of Diggy Dex his album "Verhalen Vanuit de Sofa"

From 2005 on Skiggy forms the duo "Keynote Speakerz" together with his friend MC and producer Master Surreal. In 2006 they release a 12" vinyl EP named "It's Like That!". Along with this album came a videoclip of the titlesong (directed by Maurice Angenois). "It's Like That" is perceived well by the audience. Keynote Speakerz has been a warm-up act many times for amongst others KRS-One, Kanye West, Pete Rock & CL Smooth and Guru (Gang Starr). Read more on Last.fm.
