The Lockwoods is an attempt to give shape to that lingering unease you know you can't quite shake. Their music is an untamed, unfiltered reaction without an intention; a tangled mesh of post punk and blues, the future, the past and the unrelenting present. The Sydney trio's reverb-laden sound is full of peaks and troughs that roller coaster through brooding atmospherics, tumbling rhythms, choral vocals, sparse and often abrasive guitar with explosive outbursts of raw power.
