Bearkat
Bearkat, the musical progeny of multi-instrumentalist/songwriter Katy Pearson, is rich with influences of almost every musical idiom. Born in Columbia, MO, raised in Maryland, Bearkat's real home is on the road. She will be regularly touring and traveling this great country throughout 2010. With her toes dipped in the traditions of Jazz, rock, old-time and the traditional harmony of Bach and the like, Bearkat weaves a new melodic tapestry from old cloth.
