The Buckwheat Boyz was a Florida-based quartet responsible for the rap song "Peanut Butter Jelly Time," which became an Internet superhit after a video using the song was published on the internet, featuring a dancing banana. The group, founded in 1997 and disbanded in 2001, had one eponymous full-length record, which also included the song "Ice Cream and Cake." as told by Wikipedia
