Bludy Noz was the duo of Chuck Hoffman and Joe Riehle, who met in Cedar Falls, Iowa around 1995 and began recording together. They soon formed the band No Consensus with Mike Hays and Steve Wilson, but continued Bludy Noz on the side as a recording project, releasing some recordings on Ragman Records, that was frequently a song incubator that would find their way into the No Consensus repertoire.
