3. Same as Rick Pier O'Neil bud not R.P.O. (As described below.) Influenced early in his career by the new house sound of the 90's in France, The year's newcomer RPO launched with tracks like Sequential Feat Kleph "Chocho locco", and Tribal Nation "In Ghetto" In 1999, he established his first label RPO TRAXX flavor Tendency House and Latino House. The same year, in the USA, Rick Pier O' Neil grabs TOP 5 on the BILLBOARD Dance Charts with the first title from Sussex House "Good Feel".
