Based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Zeb, Hassan, and Shoaib Malik; the band of brothers has evolved. PO PO echos resonating rock. Their songs spawn a thought of deja vu. Raw, and quirky, PO PO tosses a wall of re-verb, dry chords, and garage punk drumming into a soup that taunts lobes and taste buds. The 12 songs on URDUDES were recorded in Athens, Gerorgia with the help of their friends in Dark Meat. PO PO’s music haunts the listener with grunge grooves and reemerges here, psychedelia scented by the middle east, heritage, and lessons learned from god fathers of rock and roll.
