Smoosh were a three piece band from Seattle, Washington in 2000 previously signed to Pattern 25, now signed to Barsuk Records; which is home to such acts as Death Cab for Cutie, Mates of State, They Might Be Giants and Rilo Kiley. Asya and Chloe of the group are now in the band Chaos Chaos. They're made up of 19-year-old Asya Saavedra (pronounced AH-zee) who plays the keyboard, is the lead singer and writes the lyrics; 17-year-old Chloe Saavedra, who plays drums and does the backing vocals; and 15-year-old Maia Saavedra, who plays bass guitar.
