Nathan Payne is about to release his first Greatest Hits compilation, and you've probably never even heard of him. Where do we begin? Nathan Payne was born on Patuxent River Navy Base in Maryland, America in 1973. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor's Degree in English in 1997.
