One of the founding fathers of the Bass Sound, Billy came up as a teen in the late 80s around a legendary group of Miami Bass Producers like Afro Rican, DJ Debonaire, Jealous J, Kooley C. As a car audio installer specializing in Bass, Billy set out to fuse Miami Bass Music with the ultra low frequencys needed to get the most out of multi woofer car audio systems. This combination created a new sub genre of Miami Bass music called Car Audio Bass or "Bass Music".
