iL Avganov was born and grew up in Almaty the Republic of Kazakhstan. He gained a classical musical education in the French horn and a piano having however continued his University degree in public relations/ an international journalism. When eventually networking in advertising agencies and involved in the production process there lots of music was composed by him to many video advertising, documentaries and a great deal of participation in picking up the music row for the ad.
