There are at least two known performers / bands that share the name Aruna: 1) Aruna is a brazilian rock band based in Santo André, São Paulo. They gathered in 2008 and their sound is a mix of heavy guitars with lots of vocal layering and spicy keys/synths. http://www.myspace.com/arunabr http://www.arunaweb.com.br/ 2) Aruna Abrams, going by the name Aruna, is a solo artist who was once the vocalist and keyboardist for Portal, a short-lived band founded by the members of Cynic, after their first dissolution back in 1994.
