Masumi Itō (伊藤真澄) is a singer and composer (born 21st May) from Ibaraki, Japan. Most of her works are anime related and she also goes by the pseudonyms Hikaru Nanase and Heart of Air. During the 1990’s, she did some work for the video game industry, including the soundtrack of Gemfire, the american version of a popular japanese title of the time; Super Royal Blood. In addition Ito is part of the groups Oranges & Lemons (with Yoko Ueno (上野洋子) and マリアリア (with Isako Saneyoshi (さねよしいさ子)).
