2. Captain Blood is a surf/horror/punk band hailing from Denver Colorado, with influences like Blitzkid, Mister Monster, Agent Orange, Mad Sin, Koffin Kats, The Misfits, and many more. They mix their love of horror movies with punk rock and a bit of surf rock. With songs like "Brain that Wouldn't Die" to the Troma influenced "I Heart the Monster Hero".
Started in late 2007 By Travis Blood with the help of Katie Kadavarr, and soon bringing in the talent of Duke Markula of Nocturnal, The Late, as well as Human Steve. With there first show Halloween 2009 they have been playing non stop with many local acts as well as National acts including The Stellar Corpses, Blitzkid, Three Bad Jacks, The Lurking Corpses, and The Koffin Kats.
