Skupina vzniká koncom roku 1989 (verejnosti dáva o sebe vedieť o čosi neskôr vo februári 1990 ) v kedysi kultovej bratislavskej pivárni Stará sladovňa (slangovo Mamut), ktorá je v tom čase centrom nielen bratislavského undergroundu a to klasickým spôsobom pri pivnej debate štyroch, vtedy už hudobne ostrieľaných, ale vo vtedajších kapelách nespokojných rockerov. Pri jednom stole v ten deň sedia spevák Whisky , gitarista Sveťo Korbel , basák Braňo Alex a bubeník Peter "Ozi" Hurtig .
