Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe is a multi-instrumentalist and singer, a staple in the art and music community of Chicago, USA. He joined up with the 90 Day Men in 1997, formed DreamWeapon with members of Town and Country, and started creating solo work under the moniker Lichens. Under that alias he performed as a one-man show, utilizing effects boxes to the fullest by looping guitars, percussion, and vocals into a reverberated drone on-stage. Around 2009 he joined stoner/doom metal band Om as an additional musician and performed with them both on stage and in the studio.
