Swordplay (Isaac Ramsey) is an underground rapper from Richmond, VA. Combining with the unique beats of Chris Lauderdale, Swordplay released The Tilt EP in 2005 on local record label Concice Records. Ramsey's distinctive style of writing, composed of pure intellect and lyrical ingenuity, gives the idea that he has been pushing the envelopes of creativity and sanity a lot longer than Swordplay's inception in 2004. Swordplay has two solo albums out to date, The Tilt EP (2005) and Cellars & Attics (2007), as well as an album with his band Double Rainbow: Fuck the Internet (2011).
