Bimemwa is a Dutch band. Is it Jazz? Is it Funk?
Five colourful souls met on stage in Rotterdam in Januari 2009. Ever since they have been bouncing from stage to stage making sure the daily dose of funk is distributed to everyone who needs it.
The band consists of a rhythm section (drum and bass), two guitar players switching roles of rhythm and lead and a trompet player.
