There are at least two artists/bands going by the name of A.O.K. The first is an hardcore punk band from Germany, taking elements from punk, grindcore and metal to form a sound they call "Nothingcore". The band has been around since the 80's and are still going on, having released 11 full-lengths and a few live albums and demos.
Omar “A.O.K.” Mouallem is also an Edmonton emcee who got his start in the rural town of High Prairie, Alberta, and sharpened his skills in the Vancouver hip-hop scene.
