Hailing from Erie, Pennsylvania, Jay Decay is here with an attempt to breath some fresh air into a stagnating world full of watered-down, psuedo-activist, P.C. punk/HxC bands! Jay Decay is here to stand up against authority, reject society, expose rhetoric, and shit all over the American dream... Or at least exploit it in every way possible! His songs are testimonials of being on welfare, living on the streets, the justice system, Wal-Mart, the bullshit ethics of political figure(s)(heads) and pretty much every other fucked up thing you can think of; not excluding feces.
