Thonghuad Faited
Thonghuad Faited is a sor player from thailand. The sor is the traditional two-stringed violin that is a mainstay of the musical culture of isan, the north east thai province that borders with Laos and Cambodia. Thonghuad comes from the molam tradition, the dominant rural music from Isan. He is a nationally recognised master of his craft who has additionally cut sides with dozens of established singers over the years, such as Waipod Petchsupan (alternate transliterations: Waipot Petsuwan, Waipod Phetsuphan and waiphot phetsuphan) and Angkanang Kunchai.
