There is more than one band known as NN: NN is a Polish project focused around minimal and ambient abstractions. Its music merges dub climate with ambient space limitting to minimum amount of ornaments of compositions in favour of deeper and more abstractive content. NN is also the name of "Naughty North," a Russian hip-hop crew. NN also stands for an art rock project based in San Francisco and led by Nero Nava, formerly of Barbarasteele, The Invitation to Love and Sexx.
