DauD formed in November 2010 from Bandung, Indonesia. it's started when Ridlo and Cakra are talking about Music, Swamp, Space, and the Ancient Stones. They invite Gerry to join the Force. They are Heavily into Space, Mythology,and Beer Of Course! In the beginning, DauD played cover versions of their idol such as Cavity and Sleep. they played in some DIY show in Bandung. The band name is a reference to King David (DauD: the Islam version Name) who is Chosen by God. He is The Champion,and The Greatest King, The Sinner.
