Embracing the space between classical, folk and jazz, Wallumrød’s poignant and atmospheric compositions perfectly capture the delicate, individual sound worlds of these musicians. Performing without PA or electronics, the group provides a rare chance to hear these eminent musicians perform in their purest state. The Ensemble consists of hardanger fiddle player Nils Økland, trumpet player Arve Henriksen, the drummer Per Oddvar Johansen and keyboardist Christian Wallumrød.
