Gil La has always had a passion for music. He grew up in Los Angeles after coming here from his birth place Saigon, Vietnam in 1975. He was raised in a family of musicians that taught him music appreciation as a way of life. Constantly engulfed in classical music and various genres from all over the world, he discovered his passion for electronic music in the early 80’s. This passion has transcended into an obsession after teaching himself how to dj from watching the pioneers of trance in the 90’s.
