The History of the San Diego Calipornication band, the Barnyard Ballers, is a bittersweet tale of youthful celebration and lost innocence. Rich and Rob are two childhood friends/alter egos that grew up together listening to music, drinking beer, getting into fights, and causing trouble everywhere they went. Where Rich's musical influence was based mainly in English and American Punk Rock, Rob's fascination revolved more around industrial, metal and new wave music. It was not until they were both exposed to the European Psychobilly scene that they decided to form the band.
