The new side-project by Tom Shear, of Assemblage 23, Surveillance features a darker sound, and more retro experimentalism. Shear's first crowd funding experiment, Surveilance's first album Oceania, raised far beyond Tom's expectations. Oceania was released in February, 2014. https://soundcloud.com/assemblage-23
