The band is what is known in the world of punk rock as a Clockwork Orange band. They take much of their influence from the film A Clockwork Orange as well as from one of the legends of U.K. punk the Adicts. The music of Hat Trickers has a old-school punk style while on stage their music is much more heavy and driven at a very fast pace. While performing the band usually sports of the fashion sense of famed Clockwork Orange main character Alex. The band often wears masks which look like the same masks used in the infamous break-in and gang rape scene from the film A Clockwork Orange.
