Cope is an inactive hardcore band from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Their 2009 self titled EP release displays a strong liking for fellow Canadian hardcore legends Cursed, as well as dynamic and dark songwriting.The EP was self released on CD format, and released by xTRUEx records on 10" vinyl record. For the 2010 Canadian tour, the band self released a Tape entitled "Cancer is a Gift", featuring four songs previously recorded for a collaboration album which fell through, and had no other plans for use. The tape has since become the most acclaimed material the band has released.
