Born in Santa Barbara California as Samuel E Luria, Charles I is an electronic / house music artist and producer. Currently resides in Las Angeles, CA. Signed to OEG Records. Charles I started his love affair with electronic music while studying classical music at Boston College. When Sam moved back to California he began to focus on primarily on producing Electro and Nu-disco tracks. He gained even more production knowledge working with his partner BetaTraxx. More info at:
