RAkoon is dubstep producer Niels Kling of Hildesheim, Germany. He is also also known as drum and bass producer OTM. Alongside Templer, Twisted and KGB, he is part of the dubstep group known as Dutty Dubz. He has released on rottun recordings, DubBullet, Dubsaw and Full Melt, among others.
