Bend je nastao 2004 god.kada su tri ortaka i ortakinja odlucili da naprave skolski bend.Prvo ime benda bilo je A.B.C.D. jer tada postavu su cinili Aca,Boske,Cessa i Duda...zbog nenapredovanja na svom instrumentu Boske napusta bend,i svi pauziramo sa muzikom neko kratko vreme.Kao novi clan nase posade dolazi nas ortak Mikica(2005 god.).Od tada bend radi u postavi,MIkica-gitara,Cessa-bass,prateci vocal,Duda-vocal i Aca bubanj,i tu nastaje ime PRROGRES.
