Alapítvány is a hungarian rock band was formed from Utópia Stúdió Session musicians in 2003. The result of their short being together the Jelek a horizontról (Signs from the horizon) album. The band's leader, name-giving and his guitarist István Alapi from Edda. With Attila Kovács (Mystery) they decided that create a substance without compromises, to which a sponsor arrived immediately.

The supporter of the idea with a first number was a sound engineer Kiss Zoltán; if this is a big family, then he is the head of a family. Everybody brought a man then. István invited Széll Tamás into the orchestra, who quite a few of his years were playing already in the Alapi Band; Attila though Horváth Zsolt, with who they figured in a number orchestra and a performance together. Only one man was missing already, Albert Földi, the keyboard-magician. He the studio's location manager instrumenting, the works were made in homely environment really in this manner. An opportunity overlooked everything through the sponsor, and the time did not count really.
