“Talk di tings dem!” … A phrase made popular by a very special, talented and ambitious young lady from the ‘village’ of Kingston, Jamaica. Eveana Henry, also known as ‘Pamputtae’ was known in her community as ‘Buju’ or ‘Buju Fabulous’, as the name of her crew was ‘Fabulous Girls’. This Gemini, born June 19, 1985 attended the Calabar All Age School where she realized her obvious talent for dancing and music. She came from humble beginnings as a resident of ‘Gulf’ in Fletchers Land. At the age of 10, Pamputtae’s mother passed away leaving her with her sister, grandmother and aunt.
