Two artists with this name: X Factor pop and early 90s hard acid techno. Julio Cesar Mesa was the winner of the first version of 'El Factor X' (based on the British 'The X Factor') in Colombia. He released his first album, called 'Luchando' in 2006, and his single 'Hasta los huesos' was Nº1 in radio stations for several weeks.
