Born "Charles Douglas Newman IV," Dougie Rimes didn't start out listening to Rap, R&B or Hip-Hop. It was actually prohibited in his household. As he matured early in his high school years he found a love for football and baseball, where he won a baseball state championship and was one of South Carolina's top rated football prospects. After visiting many college's he decided to go to the University of South Carolina to play football.
