She was born in 1982 in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
Anelia's first four albums were sold in 220,000 copies, incredible for a small country like Bulgaria.
Anelia is a favourite singer of many Bulgarian politics, musicians, producers.
The president of Bulgaria, Georgi Parvanov is a big fan of her music.
