In French, Cercueil means coffin. On their myspace you will see that they describe this definition and say "and if one day you've got to babysit a baby monster, play it and look him dancing: it will certainly change your life... " I find this to be very fitting of their style of music. Erie electro that will spook you on a subtle level, but leaves you mesmerized. Featuring a range of synthetic organs, drums, guitars, and something that is probably supposed to sound like a violin, Cercueil’s eclectic selection of pseudo-instruments is indeed cohesive.
