Uncle Fungus is a rapper who, at various points, has been based out of New York, Los Angeles, and Austin. He makes his own beats (though he credits them to "Old Man Pennysnatcher"), which are typically danceable and electronic. He has told various accounts of how he lost his left eye, none of which can be verified. His raps are typically about lighter subjects, though he has made some forays into the personal and political.
