Relic's Jetboat are a modern folk band, this isn't about acoustic guitars in the coffee shop, it's songs about modern folk and the events or stories around us. They bring a party band attitude to their songs about Garage Sailin', Gordon Downie, Ogopogo and The Beachcombers, the songs cross genres as they represent the music that we hear these days. From country to reggae, punk,celtic and rock, the band has been described as "The Barenaked Ladies with an edge" or this review of the band: "These guys could get a job doing Muppet Music.
