Supreme Commander is a Washington, DC melodic hardcore punk band that formed in 2005 with ex-members of Daycare Swindlers, Latchkey and Wake up Cold. They draw on a diverse mix of influences and play a straight forward style of hardcore punk with songs that are fast and melodic. The band quickly recorded a demo and began playing shows in and around DC, VA, MD. A couple of short East Coast tours followed and one year later the band released a split 7" with Two Man Advantage on Basement Records.
