Logosound was founded by Zsolt Szabó and László Imrei in the summer of 2001 but its history dates back to the inception of Zsolt's first band, the Quagmire in 1999. Quagmire can be considered as a predecessor of Logosound for its dark, instrumental music. Moreover, the two founders started playing together in Quagmire after Zsolt's former band mate had quited.

The name of the group also changed with the members while playing an association game: a cream was called Flobosun and in the very next moment they named themselves Logosound. The two-member group started to play live in 2002. As the support band of Titusz and the Carbonfools,Typhoon and Zagar, they met their first singer, Ágnes Bálint. Their electronic music included some different styles: break beat, ambient, techno, house and down tempo. They referred to this variegation which usually reveals in soundtracks with their own expression E.M.M., namely "electronic movie music"

One and a half year passed and in 2003, Ágnes Bálint was replaced by Anna Hujber from Ex deablo. She learnt at Béla Cseh, opera singer. The current sound style of Logosound evolved after her entrance and remained eclectic but their music changed from the experimental to songs with traditional structure. So today, Logosound means Anna Hujber, László Imrei and Zsolt Szabó, who work hard on bringing to perfection the "live act" concept in favour of offering a complex experience on their concerts.
